- Position: Commercial Roofing Technician / Crew Member
- Average Pay: $18 – $30 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Employment Type: Full-time / Weekly pay via Direct Deposit
- Training: Paid, ongoing training with safety certifications included
- Paid Time Off: Starts after 12 months, increases with time
- Overtime: Available during peak seasons — optional and compensated
- Shifts: Daytime hours, no night work — weekends only if pre-scheduled
- Growth Opportunities: Clear paths to Lead Tech or Site Supervisor roles

What You Need to Join Our Roofing Crew
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (occasional weekends)
- Driver’s License: Valid U.S. license required
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle to reach job sites
- Background Check: Must pass standard background screening
- Drug Screening: Required prior to hiring
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders and work at heights
- Work Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Team Skills: Must work well with others and follow safety protocols
